This page explains how List Of All Bookmakers handles copyright complaints under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and related laws. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices promptly.

Our registered DMCA.com compliance statement is published at dmca.com/compliance/listofallbookmakers.com.

Our content

List Of All Bookmakers publishes original reviews, guides, and comparison content produced by our editorial team. If you believe any material on this site infringes your copyright, use the process below. Do not submit notices to third parties (such as search engines or hosts) without first contacting us unless the law requires it.

Designated agent

Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Send DMCA takedown notices and counter-notifications to:

Only copyright complaints should be sent to this address. Other enquiries will not be answered here.

How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered in one notice.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (specific URLs on our site) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete or vague notices may be rejected. We may remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe copyright while we review a valid notice.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.

False, abusive, or bad-faith notices

List Of All Bookmakers takes false or fraudulent copyright claims seriously. Submitting a DMCA notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages and legal costs.

If we determine that a notice was submitted in bad faith, was materially false, or was intended to disrupt our search visibility, traffic, or business (including so-called negative SEO tactics), we reserve the right to:

  • Reject the notice and refuse to remove non-infringing material.
  • File counter-notifications with search engines, hosts, and other services that acted on the notice.
  • Preserve evidence and refer the matter to platforms, registries, or authorities where appropriate.
  • Pursue all available legal remedies against the sender, including claims for misrepresentation, damages arising from lost traffic or revenue, and injunctive relief.

We maintain records of notices received and may use them to identify repeat offenders or coordinated abuse campaigns.

Repeat infringers

Where we provide user-generated or third-party content, we may terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright, as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The version published on this site is the current version. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
