Apart from promos, Lebull offers really competitive odds for all major sports leagues, but still they lack the variety of sports relative to Betano or Betclic. From a functionality perspective Lebull performs very well with a sleek desktop site and clean mobile apps. 

Looking at Lebull’s casino, its still missing some key elements such as live table games and crash games. That being said, their catalogue of slots is impressive and features titles from major providers such as Pragmatic, Hacksaw, and Bgaming. Overall it’s a casino offering that should be sufficient for casual players, but more experienced casino players should look elsewhere.

Overall Lebull’s current product is a testament to their commitment to Portuguese players and we fully expect them to continue improving. If nothing else, Lebull’s welcome offer certainly makes them worth a go!

Solverde is a well known name in Portugal for casinos and hotels, but how does their online product stack up? Our experience with Solverde’s online sportsbook was great, the site is modern with smooth navigation, but ultimately it left us feeling that a few key features were missing.

Looking at the Solverde sportsbook, its solid. Odds are competitive and reinforced by valuable promos such as odds boost and free bets. Their welcome bonus also offers some of the best value in the market with a 300% match in free bets. Football is well represented with deep markets including asian lines and pre-packaged combo bets. You’ll also find solid coverage of tennis, basketball, and handball. However we did miss a few items such as a cashout feature and live streaming.

Where Solverde really excels is their casino offering. The brand hosts over 4,000 games covering slots, live tables, and crash games. Crash games are worth noting as they get their own dedicated section with exclusive titles you’ll only find at Solverde. It’s one of, if not the best crash game offerings in Portugal. Promotions are also plentiful with weekly reload and free spin offers along with monthly tournaments.

Overall Solverde is a decent sportsbook with a great casino. Its a good choice for those who want to play casino games and don’t mind sacrificing some quality on the sportsbook side of things.

Austria-based Bwin has the backing of one of the world’s biggest booking companies (Entain PLC) and as such brings a strong selection of markets and prices to Portugal, especially for the most popular events along with a well-thought-out website and apps that are modern and quick to load. Unfortunately Bwin does not offer poker in Portugal, which is something we would like to see added in the future as they have a fantastic poker product in several other markets.

We have definitely seen a decrease in promotions offered by Bwin in recent years but apart from this and a few other minor grievances when we expect better odds for smaller events for example, Bwin is a very good betting site with cash out, live streaming, top quality customer service and a valuable welcome bonus.

Placard is a 100% Portuguese owned bookmaker who opened physical betting shops in 2015 and established an online presence in 2018. In our opinion they standout as the most trustworthy bookmaker in the market. We also really like that all profits generated at Placard are donated to Portuguese charity.

Apart from Placard’s moral high ground they also offer a really solid sportsbook. Here you can find a wide variety of leagues and markets along with competitive odds, including some fun boosted odds promos for single and combo bets. The brand also introduced a sportsbook welcome bonus in July 2025 where new customers can claim a €10 free bet. Football sees the best coverage with deep markets including player props, handicaps, and it’s the most frequent category featured in Placard’s odds boost section. Placard also offers a decent catalogue of sports to live stream, including La Liga, Série A, Ligue 1. As for downsides, the design is outdated and awkward to navigate on desktop and mobile. There is also no cash out, which is a common feature among Portuguese sportsbooks nowadays. It’s tough to rate Placard as a top betting site without improvement in these areas.

You’ll also find a casino at Placard which is pretty underwhelming overall. It covers the basics with slots and a few crash games as well. The biggest omission is live table games. Roulette and blackjack titles are limited to animated games that feel like an early 2000s iPod app. For serious casino players, we recommend checking out Betano or ESC Online.

Overall Placard scores well for trustworthiness, betting variety, and odds. But with a clunky design and no cashout feature, we rate Placard as a perfectly average bookmaker in the Portuguese market. 

Caisno Portugal might satisfy more inexperienced bettors, and while it’s not all bad, its definitely not a bookie we recommend. 

Across the board, Casino Portugal offers some of the lowest odds on the market. Combined with a lack of promotions, a tiny €2 welcome offer, and only 10 sports available, it’s easily one of the least interesting bookmakers in the Portuguese market. That said, they actually do an alright job within football. The selection is decent, with markets on leagues from over 75 countries which is more than most competitors. The market depth is solid too, including handicaps, player props, and preset combo bets. If you’re looking for bets on more obscure football leagues, Casino Portugal might be worth a look.

Another area where Casino Portugal deserves some credit is its casino section. There’s a good variety of slots from major providers such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, and NetEnt. You can filter by provider, bet size, and even RTP %, and overall navigation is smooth within the casino. Beyond slots, you’ll also find a modest crash game section and a few animated table games. However, live casino tables are completely absent, which is a big miss for a casino-first brand.

A few other points worth mentioning: the overall design is quite good on both mobile and desktop, and their mobile app performs well. We also had positive experiences with their customer support, which is available via live chat and email. Deposit methods are well supported, including cards, e-wallets, MB WAY, and Multibanco. Withdrawals, however, are limited to bank transfers, and the minimum withdrawal is higher than usual at €20.

All in all, the positives don’t make up for the brand’s shortcomings. Casino Portugal might appeal to players looking for a specific football league, deposit method, or slot game, but otherwise, this brand is a miss.

Spanish brand Casino GoldenPark launched Portugal as their second market back in 2023 and still have the feeling of a newcomer. At first glance the product looks like its still in its beta phase, and upon further inspection things don’t get much better.

Casino GoldenPark’s sportsbook does an okay job when it comes to football betting. You’ll find markets on all the most popular leagues around the world, along with pretty decent odds. Asian handicaps, player-specific markets, and all the usual over/under and 1×2 options are all available. Unfortunately, there’s not much else going on outside of football. Basketball and tennis markets are extremely thin compared to competitors, and there are no novelty markets or unique features that make this sportsbook stand out. The brand is also missing key features like odds boosts, streaming, and betting tournaments. All that said, they are one of the few brands offering a deposit match bonus so we have to give them some credit for that.

Sadly, there’s no redemption arc here. Outside of the sportsbook, there isn’t much to get excited about either. There are no mobile apps, no English language option, and both the mobile and desktop sites are clunky to use. The casino section is as basic as it gets, with a slot catalogue limited to just 12 providers. There’s no live casino and no crash games available.

In short, we don’t recommend Casino GoldenPark overall, though their deposit match welcome bonus is worth a look. If you claim the offer and end up enjoying the brand, let us know – maybe you’ll see something we didn’t.
