On this page we list all legal betting sites in Guadeloupe, in English. If you're a resident of Guadeloupe or France, then these are the online bookmakers that you should be using. Most other websites only list illegal bookmakers that don't follow the laws of Guadeloupe, don't have pay taxes on their profit to the French government and don't have protections in place for vulnerable players and minors.
If you're not sure which bookmaker to chose from the list of betting sites in Guadeloupe above, we go into more detail about each site below.
We've highlighted what we think are the best and worst things about each betting site below. We discuss a range of things including each bookmaker's odds quality, betting market depth, sign up bonus value, existing customer promotion prevalence, support helpfulness, functionality and any special features.
We also go into more detail about how each welcome bonus works, and the conditions to watch out for. Keep scrolling or use the table of contents to learn more!
1. NetBet
NetBet is an average bookmaker with enough features to interest us, but not enough to be one of our favourite bookmakers in Guadeloupe. Some of the best things include the wide range of deposit options offered, weekly bonuses which include boosts, refunds and jackpots, and the general depth of markets and odds quality.
On the other hand, we don't like NetBet's design and in that way the site is not so 'fun' to use. Their sign up offer is also average (a generic bet refund). And then they are missing some of the player stat markets and less popular sports that sites like Unibet have odds for.
Pros
✓
Many ways to pay
✓
Plenty of promos for players
✓
Good range of bets
Cons

NetBet isn't the sexiest betting site in Guadeloupe but they have decent promos and enough features for most casual bettors
NetBet follows many other Guadeloupe betting sites with a free bet refund, although, only half of the bonus refunds your loses by 100% with the other half only being a 10% refund.
Net Bet will refund your first bet up to €50 if it loses. This refund will be credited in two parts with the first 50% coming as a single free bet after your losing bet is confirmed. The remaining 50% will be credited after your have verified your ID to NetBet.
NetBet will also refund 10% of your total losses with €25 free in bets after 30 days. Know that you can get a maximum of €50 in refunds total i.e. if you lose €500.
2. PMU
PMU is perhaps not the most obvious choice for a new betting site but we really like what they offer. Firstly, an English language website is hard to ignore when there are so few legal bookmakers in Guadeloupe offering this. Then, they have the only cash sign up bonus which should definitely not be ignored (if if you just claim the bonus and play more regularly with a different betting site).
We also really like PMU's number of promotions including free bets, social media giveaways, competitions against other bettors and further cash bonuses. A large number of deposit options can be used, there's solid cash out and live streaming functions and both horse racing and poker are available to play too. If we're being picky, PMU could level-up the depth of their markets for less popular sports (but we could say that for almost all bookies).
Pros
✓
Team & player stats
✓
Super boosts and cash bonuses
✓
English website
Cons
✕
Cash out is not for all events
✕
Few player stat betting markets
PMU is the only betting site in Guadeloupe with a cash sign up bonus
PMU has one of the highest rated sign up bonuses in Guadeloupe. That's because they give you a cash refund, not a free bet refund, up to €100 if your first bet loses. Be aware that your first bet needs to be at least €10 and that your refund will be paid out in two parts (25% within 10 days of your bet settling and 75% within 10 days of your account being verified).
We love cash bonuses because they can be withdrawn (free bets cannot) and because when you bet with cash you get your stake back if you win (you don't get your stake back on winning free bets).
3. Unibet
Unibet is one of Guadeloupe's best bookmakers and is certainly one of our favourites. Unibet offers the deepest sportsbook in Guadeloupe with hundreds of betting options for big matches along with plenty of smaller sporting events including combat sports, motor racing, winter sports and athletics.
Unibet has the biggest welcome bonus in Guadeloupe ( up to €370 in bonus money), enough odds boosts and smaller free bet offers for existing players to keep you happy along with all the most desirable features including a bet builder, live streaming and cash out. It's hard to find faults with Unibet but as English speakers we'd appreciate an English version of the site.
Pros
✓

Unibet Guadeloupe is one of our favourite betting sites. They have great odds, heaps to bet on and a welcome bonus that's hard to beat
Unibet has the biggest sign up bonus in Guadeloupe (when you sum all of the free money available to you).
The main component of their bonus is similar to many other bookmakers', up to €100 in free bets if your first bet between €5 and €100 loses. Then Unibet also offers a cash refund up to €20 if your first horse racing bet loses (so you should definitely bet at least €20 on racing as there's no risk). Finally, you'll also get your first deposit matched up to €250 in poker free bets and 2 free poker tournament tickets.
4. Winamax
Winamax is one of the best legal betting sites in Guadeloupe. Winamax has a great sign up offer, they have an English website, they consistently have the best odds (a low bookmaker margin of 3-5%), and they offer many different deposit options.
We are also impressed with Winamax's live streaming (hundreds of football, basketball and tennis matches daily), along with several promos like cash out insurance and free bets for major sporting events. If we have to be picky, we'd like the ability to save team/leagues to our 'favourites' for easier navigation and perhaps even an updated website design.
Pros
✓
Consistently high odds
✓
One of the best sign up bonuses
✓
English website
Cons
✕
Can't 'favourite' leagues
✕
Website design is old
Winamax is another one of our favourite betting sites in Guadeloupe and we consistently find the lowest margins/highest odds with them
Winamax Guadeloupe has a simple and valuable sign up bonus which will double your first deposit up to €100 in free bets. This means that you essentially get €100 of free money to spend although you will have to bet it before you can withdraw any winnings (your free bet stakes are not included in your payout).
For most this will be enough but also know that your first deposit is matched up to €250 in loyalty free bets. To unlock these loyalty free bets you'll need to accumulate 600 miles at a time, for every 600 miles you'll get €50 in free bets up to €250 total (when you've accumulated 3000 miles total).
5. Bwin
Bwin is owned by one of the world's biggest online betting companies (Entain PLC) and as such brings plenty of quality to the table for players from Guadeloupe. Bwin has a unique betting site with many live betting options, a very helpful and professional support team along with one of kind promos like cash out insurance.
Bwin also offers live streaming through Bwin TV and a bet editor that allows you to change your bets after placing them (neither of these are unique but they are appreciated). We would expect better odds from Bwin though, their bookmaker margin sits a few percentage points higher than the average in Guadeloupe although their starting odds can still be quite competitive if you bet early enough.
Pros
✓
Combine, edit, and cash out of bets
✓
Top-notch welcome bonus
✓
Many markets including futures
Cons
✕
Odds quality is degrading
✕

Bwin is another of our favourite bookmakers in Guadeloupe because they're a professional bookie with many markets, features and quality customer care
Bwin's offer is a little different to what most betting sites in Guadeloupe offer but it is still very similar. Bwin will match your first deposit up to €120 as a 'No Pressure Bet Token'.
You can bet with your bet token and if it wins, you'll get your winnings (not including your stake) and if it loses you'll get a free bet of the same value as your token. You can then bet your free bet and if it wins, you'll get your winnings (not including your stake) and if it loses you'll get no more chances. So, basically you get two chances to win with your bonus money instead of one.
6. Betsson
Betsson received its online betting license from the ANJ in 2023 and launched their services for Guadeloupe in November of the same year. Betsson is an internationally renowned bookmaker with a strong presence in Lain America and Europe.
We like Betsson because they are unique, they use their own odds and platform, they have their own promos, like insurance, boosts and refunds for accumulator bets and because they have a valuable welcome bonus. Betsson also has niched sports betting markets, many of which are also available in their bet builder.
We'd love to see live streaming, an English website and more payment options from Betsson (only card, PayPal, Paysafecard are available for deposits) but none of these things are the end of the world for us.
Pros

Betsson is a modern, new bookmaker with a valuable welcome bonus and quality odds
Betsson offers a great sign up bonus to players from Guadeloupe on paper, but there are conditions to be aware of. Basically, your first deposit will be matched between €10 and €100 with bonus cash. This bonus cash needs to bet 3 times before you can withdraw it, and any winnings you've made i.e. if you deposit €100 and get €100 in bonus cash then you'll need to place €300 in bets before you can withdraw.
Note that Betsson also gives you €10 as a no deposit bonus (without wagering requirements) if you use the promo code VERIF10 after you've verified your identity which is really a no-brainer to claim.
7. Parions Sport
Parions Sport is France's (mostly) state-owned bookmaker making it a bookie whose revenues also go into Guadeloupe.
When comparing Parions Sport to other legal betting sites in Guadeloupe we have many good things to say. Parions Sport offers a valuable welcome bonus and a deep sportsbook with many smaller French rugby/basketball/football leagues and even less popular sports like sailing.
Parions Sport also has free bet offers for existing customers and some competitions with bigger jackpot prizes players can play. If anything, we'd like to see even better odds on the biggest matches, and perhaps a search function to make navigation even easier.
Pros
✓
Top for rugby & other French sports
✓
Semi-regular free bet offers
✓
Phone support & live chat
Cons
✕

We think Parions Sport is one of Guadeloupe's best betting sites, especially for odds boosts and free bet offers
Parions Sport gives you a €15 no deposit bonus plus they match your first bet of at least €5 up to €85 in free bets. This bonus is simple, and valuable, especially considering it doesn't require you to lose your first bet like many other sign up bonuses in Guadeloupe.
8. ZEbet
ZEbet is, unfortunately, not a bookmaker we love although it's a solid enough choice. We especially like ZEbet's sign up offer though, so we would advise taking the welcome bonus and then using a better bookie like PMU or Winamax.
ZEbet website design is hard on the eye and with no search bar is annoying to navigate. ZEbet is also missing live streaming, the ability to 'favourite' teams/leagues and 24/7 live chat. Still though, they have a lot of betting markets, the prices are okay, they offer a number of promos like boosts and they have player/team stats to help with your betting.
Pros
✓
Top-notch welcome bonus
✓
Customer service 7 days a week
✓
Solid odds/markets
Cons

ZEbet is a horse racing bookmaker first although they do have a competitive albeit standard sports betting offer
Zbet Guadeloupe will match the value of your first between of at least €15 with free bets up to €100. Half of your free bets are credited after your first bet settles and the other half are given after you've verified your ID. Even if it's not the biggest bonus in Guadeloupe, but it's still one we recommend taking advantage of.
9. Betclic
Betclic is one of Guadeloupe's biggest legal betting sites and one of our favourites, even if they don't have an English language option.
Firstly, Betclic has a modern website and apps that are both easy to navigate and fast to load - the app even supports fingerprint login (not all betting apps in Guadeloupe do). We also appreciate Betclic's deep sporting markets (many different betting options) as well as Betclic TV (live streaming of international sports like the NBA).
Overall, when comparing Betclic's odds with the best bookmakers in Guadeloupe like Winamax and Unibet they were often competitive and were consistently slightly better than bookmakers like Partouche Sport and GenyBet (all bookmakers generally have very similar odds).
Pros
✓
Sports streaming (including NBA)
✓
Jackpot challenges with big prizes
✓
Great welcome offer
Cons

Betclic is one of the biggest and best bookmakers in Guadeloupe with a modern interface, regular promos and good odds
Betclic's welcome offer is a 100% refund of your first bet if it loses, paid in free bets. Your bet will need to be at least €10 and must be a single bet (eg. no accumulators) to be eligible. The max refund you can get is €100.
Unlike other similar bonuses, Betclic will credit all of your free bets right after your bet settles, making it our favorite refund offer in Guadeloupe.
10. OlyBet
OlyBet launched in Guadeloupe in October 2024 and offers a solid bookmaking platform with enough features and markets to satsify most players. We especially appreciate OlyBet's football bet builder and accumulator boosts, although these things (and more) are available at sites like PMU and Unibet too.
You'll also find cash out, a modern and fast to load website, PayPal deposits, and football lottery games at OlyBet. There are plenty of things missing too though. OlyBet still doesn't have an iOS app, they don't offer live chat support or an English website, and they are missing a lot of niched sporting events. But OlyBet is still new so we hope to see improvements in the coming months.
Pros
✓

✓
Modern betting platform
Cons

OlyBet Guadeloupe launched in October 2024 with modern, fast betting software and solid loyalty program
OlyBet is another bookie that refunds your first bet up to €100 in free bets if it loses. To be eligible for the refund, you first bet needs to be at least €20. OlyBet will also only give the refund once your account and identity are fully verified (i.e. checking that your name matches the population register).
Because you have to wait a little longer for this refund and because the minimum qualifying bet is slightly higher than with other refund offers available in Guadeloupe we are not huge fans of this bonus... but we would still claim it!
11. Partouche Sport
With average odds, an outdated design and no English website it's hard to love Partouche Sport. It's not all bad though, Partouche Sport has a surprisingly wide range of betting markets, and they even have the ability to favourite your games/leagues so that they're easier to find.
Partouche also has a number of odds boosts every week although not as many free bet or jackpot competitions as bookmakers like Parions Sport, Betclic or Unibet. Otherwise, Patouche Sport has an okay bet builder (not the most options), live play-by-play graphics (although mainly just for football) and a standard welcome offer (at the same level or worse than many others in Guadeloupe).
Pros
✓

Save your 'favourite' leagues etc.
Cons

Partouche is an okay betting site with many deposit options but a unappealing website design
To claim Partouche Sport Guadeloupe's bonus you'll need deposit at least €5 and then bet at least €2 at odds of at least 1.10 on a single bet (no accumulators). If your bet loses then you'll get your stake refunded as free bets up to €100.
Partouche Sport will credit the first 25% of your refund within 24 hours and the remaining 75% after you have verified your ID with them. This is a standard procedure in Guadeloupe but not all betting sites make you wait until it is complete before crediting your bonus.
12. Vbet
Vbet Guadeloupe will satisfy most players but it is lacking when compared to the best betting sites. We like that Vbet has regular promotions for players (free bets and boosts), especially because these promotions center around football. Generally, their odds are competitive, and they have a good number of bets available.
Things we're not so impressed with include their support team, they took some time to reply and were generally not so polite or knowledgeable. We've also seen complaints online with players not being able to withdraw large wins from Vbet. Vbet is also missing a bet builder and live streaming (two features we expect to see from all bookies).
Pros
✓
24/7 live chat
✓
Several regular promos for football
✓
Partial and 'rebet' options for cash out
Cons
✕

Vbet Guadeloupe excels for football with amny markets, promos and consistently high odds for both big and smaller matches
Vbet has a pretty standard free bet refund sign up offer that is very similar to the one offered by Partouche Sport. Like Partouche, Vbet will fully refund your first bet between €1 and €100 if loses. Your refund is paid out in free bets with the first 20% coming within 24 hours and the remaining 80% being paid after you have completed ID verification.
Do be aware that your first bet needs to be placed on a bet with odds of at least 1.10 or higher.
13. Feelingbet
Despite the English name Feelingbet is not available in English. A downside for ex-pats like us but there's still plenty of reasons to use this bookie. Some of the best things about Feelingbet include their betting promotions which include boosts as well as refunds and insurance if for example you lose in stoppage time or your first goal scorer bet scores later in the game. Feelingbet also has up to €50 in referral bonuses available every month.
More generally, Feelingbet has all the matches and sports you'd expect to see but not many bets not offered by other bookmakers in Guadeloupe. Overall we found their odds to be average, or just below (although the differences here are quite minor). So, we like Feelingbet, but we don't love them. They'll keep you happy but we think there are better betting sites in Guadeloupe.

We really like Feelingbet's football insurance offers which refund certain bets that only just lose
Feelingbet offers up to €250 in free bet refunds. However, it doesn't make it all that easy to get them.
Firstly, if your first bet loses then you'll get it refunded up to €50. 20% of this refund (up to €10) will be refunded right away but the remaining 80% won't be credited until you have verified your identity with Feelingbet Guadeloupe.
After, you'll get up to €50 in free bets for the next four months. To get these free bets you'll need to place accumulator bets with at least 4 selections. For each €100 wagered on these bets you'll get €5 in free bets. So, after spending €100 you'll get one €5 free bet, after €200 you'll get €10 etc. Note that in order to actually receive these free bets you will need to contact support (email only) and request your free bets.
14. Genybet
GenyBet is one of our least favourite betting sites in Guadeloupe. They offer all he main sporting events but that's about it.
GenyBet has one of the highest bookmaker margins in Guadeloupe (they consistently take a 10-15% cut on major betting markets). Their customer support is only available via email. They a re missing both cash out and live streaming. They also have no eWallet deposit options (eg. PayPal, Skrill, Neteller etc.). And then their bonus is both complicated and not geared towards sport bettors.
If you're going to bet on horse racing then GenyBet has a good range of races and information to help you study form etc. but if not then you can probably give this betting site a miss.
Pros

GenyBet is missing PayPal, live chat and a cash out feature
Geny Bet is another Guadeloupe bookmaker with a confusing and not-so-valuable sign up bonus.
Firstly, you'll get a full refund up to €20 in free bets if your first live bet loses. Next, for the first two months after you have verified your account, 10% of your losses each month up to €15 will be refunded as free bets (you'll need to lose €150 to get the full bonus each month).
GenyBet will also double your first deposit up to €20 in horse racing free bets. and give you a €10 no deposit horse racing free bet. Finallyr, up to €170 in horse racing free bet refunds will be awarded in 15 day increments. The size of your refunds are based on 10% of your total losses and they are credited every 15 days (until you have successfully claim the full amount).
15. CircusBet
CircusBet launched in Guadeloupe in 2024 as a partnership between BetConstruct and Gaming1 Group, taking over the now closed BarrièreBet's old license. These two companies have a wealth of experience in gambling, though mainly in Europe.
With this experience we would've expected a bit more from CircusBet, they currently have no sign up offer, no betting apps, no live streaming and are missing a range of betting markets (particularly smaller sports, futures and player markets). Things are looking promising though with full, auto and partial cash out available, along with HiPay deposits, odds boosts, and edit bet functionality to name some of the more unique extras on offer.
Pros

✓
Full, auto and partial cash out
Cons

CircusBet has no welcome bonus or apps yet so we recommend signing up for other betting sites in Guadeloupe first
We don't recommend YesOrNo, primarily because it is not a 'traditional' bookmaker (even if it does have a sports betting license for Guadeloupe). Instead, it is a tinder-style betting app where you swipe left or right to bet whether you agree or disagree with the bet resented to you.
If you swipe correctly then everyone else who swiped the correct way will get a share of the total amount wagered on that bet. In this way, if you are sharper then the general population of bettors you can likely find an edge, otherwise, we prefer normal bookmakers where you get to choose what you bet on and how much you bet on it.

YesOrNO is not a traditional bookmaker and is not a good choice if you want to chose which matches you bet on for yourself
Pokerstars Sports is one of the few betting sites in Guadeloupe with an English language option (along with PMU and Winamax), likely due to the international reach of this poker giant. What we've also noticed is that the sportsbook is the same one offered internationally. Although, that's good in some ways (deep sportsbook, competitive prices and many deposit options) and not so good in others (fewer France-specific promotions and bets).
Otherwise, we always like unique features that make a betting site stand out and Pokerstars Sports has their Spin & Bet feature which ticks this box. Still though, they are missing a bet builder, live streaming and a sign up offer that we get excited about. So, overall, a solid choice made into a good one with their English language option.

As well as being one of Guadeloupe's (and the world's) biggest poker sites, Pokerstars is one of the few bookmakers in Guadeloupe with an English language website
Pokerstars Sports Guadeloupe has a relatively simple bet refund sign up bonus whereby your first bet of at least €1 will be refunded as free bets up to €100. Note that in order to qualify for this refund your first bet will need to be placed at a minimum odds of 1.50.
Only 50% of your refund will be paid out after your first bet settles as a loss with the remaining 50% coming after your fifth bet settles. We don't love this last condition but still think the bonus is valuable, especially if you plan on placing more than one bet.
Is Online Betting Legal in Guadeloupe?
Yes, online sports betting is legal and regulated in Guadeloupe.
As a French territory, the same laws that govern online gambling in France apply to Guadeloupe. These laws stipulate that in order to offer online sports betting, horse racing or poker to residents of Guadeloupe, sites must hold the relevant gambling license from France's gambling regulator Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ) (which has an English website).
Betting online in Guadeloupe has been legal since May 12th, 2010 but online casino remains illegal and is only offered by black market casinos.
As a player, to remain safe, we recommend only playing with licensed Guadeloupe bookmakers. Among other things this will mean that you don't have to pay taxes on your winnings (as taxes only need to be paid by operators when you are betting legally). As the market is regulated, you also have several protections when you choose a legal bookmaker including that your data must not be sold or shared, and that you have access to support for problem gambling.
Also, a portion of any money that you lose when gambling will go back into the economy as all licensed operators pay taxes on their revenues.
What is the Best Betting Site in Guadeloupe?
The best betting site in Guadeloupe is Unibet. Unibet is the best bookmaker because they have the widest range of betting markets (over 40), the biggest welcome bonus (up to €370) and the most live streamed events (hundreds daily). Unibet also has competitive odds, semi-regular boosts and free bet promotions as well as popular features like a bet builder and cash out.
If you can't read French, then you may prefer sites like Winamax or PMU which both have an English language website, great welcome bonuses, many betting options and competitive odds.

My friends call me Pepito - I'll save your time and not share the story on how I got this name! I am a sports betting enthusiast, my passion first started by betting on the 2010 World Cup. Since 2010 my passion has only grown, betting with friends and looking for any edge we can find. The result has been thousands of bets placed across hundreds of different bookmakers, markets, leagues, and even within different countries.
In my experience there are very few honest comparison websites out there and even fewer that actually give you all the options. So, I was inspired to make listofallbookmakers.com. Here we give you all the options (not just those who will pay websites like ours 😉) with transparent reviews. I like to highlight the items that I look for when finding a new bookie - mainly being competitiveness of the odds, variety of bets to place, welcome offers, and trustworthiness.
We're a small but passionate team looking to help out all types of bettors from across the world!

Hello! My name is Boby. I'm 29 years old and originally from Canada, although I have been living around the world for the past 6 years as a digital nomad. I am a friend of Pépito who shares his passion for sports betting, and I am particularly interested in what we call "bonus hunting".
Bonus hunting involves searching for welcome offers, promotions, and other opportunities for players to turn bonus cash into real cash efficiently. There are enough welcome bonuses out there to fill a lifetime of work, my speciality is finding the best ones that are worth your time to claim. Like Pépito, I’m an active member in a small community of online betting and online casino enthusiasts. My travels (and my VPN 😇) allow me to test most casinos before we publish reviews.
I love sharing my knowledge and experience with English speakers from across the globe, this is my passion!
