We are also impressed with Winamax’s live streaming (hundreds of football, basketball and tennis matches daily), along with several promos like cash out insurance and free bets for major sporting events. If we have to be picky, we’d like the ability to save team/leagues to our ‘favourites’ for easier navigation and perhaps even an updated website design.

Winamax recently updated its welcome offer to include a €100 first bet refund in cash plus an additional €250 in bonuses that can be earned by playing poker. It’s a welcome change, as it’s one of the few refund offers paid in cash rather than free bets. New customers who deposit €10 or more, wager €10 or more, and lose their first bet will receive a 100% refund up to €100 in withdrawable cash. It’s an excellent promotion that we highly recommend taking advantage of, but the poker bonus is another story.
The terms for the extra €250 poker bonus are, to put it mildly, complex. To unlock it, players must collect what Winamax calls “miles.” These can be earned through poker tournaments, cash games, and sports betting, though for this specific offer only poker play counts.
Poker Tournaments: 4 miles per €1 of rake
Poker Cash Games: 3 miles per €1 of rake

Miles are released at a rate equal to 10% of your initial deposit. For example, if you deposit €100, you’ll need to accumulate 300 miles to unlock €10, 600 miles for another €10, and so on. Following this structure, you would need 7,500 miles to unlock the full €250 bonus.
In short, the cashback offer is a no-brainer. Simple, transparent, and genuinely rewarding. The poker bonus, while a nice extra, is far more demanding and not something we’d recommend chasing.
