Laimz Review

Laimz is a Latvian betting site and online casino/bingo brand owned by Entain, one of the world’s largest gambling groups. Launched in 2020 as the first online bingo product on the Latvian market, it operates under an IAUI licence and sits within Entain’s NCE Partners portfolio alongside Optibet and Klondaika.

For its first five years Laimz was a casino and bingo product only, but the operator added a sportsbook in mid-2026.

New At Laimz: Sports Betting

The sportsbook is essentially Optibet with different branding. In our testing, the odds and boosted markets matched Optibet’s exactly, which isn’t a shocker as both sites are run by the same group. It does mean there’s no real reason to pick one over the other from a betting perspective.

The odds boosts are a bright spot. There’s a deep selection of daily boosts, though almost all of them are pushed as 2 or 3 leg parlays. The real value in odds boosts is usually on single markets, so having them limited to combos is a bit of a miss.

The bet builder has built-in stats visible as you assemble a slip, it’s genuinely useful and easy to flip back and forth from stats to markets on both desktop and mobile.

Esports coverage is basic. You’ll find CS2, Dota 2, LoL, Valorant, Overwatch, Mobile Legends, and Call of Duty. Not exhaustive, but enough for a casual bet. Experienced players will know this is as barebones as an esports section gets.

Apart from that there’s nothing too remarkable here. There’s no horse racing, greyhounds, or trotting. Odds are generally competitive, and overall the book loads quickly and is responsive. The sportsbook is an excellent add-on to an already strong gaming product, but it’s a few steps away from being market leading.

Laimz Is Still Casino First

The casino is the older, more mature side of the product. Live casino is powered by Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Amusnet, covering live tables and game shows. No exclusive tables, but there’s broad coverage from the industry’s biggest names.

Slots are the strongest section. Big names are here (NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Pragmatic Play) alongside a genuinely good mix of mid-tier studios. The catalogue is wider than most of the Latvian competition.

Bingo is Laimz’s actual differentiator. This is the only licensed Latvian operator running real online bingo, and it’s what has set the brand apart since launch. If bingo is your thing, this is the site for you.

Does The New Sportsbook Make Laimz Worth A Go?

In our opinion, yes. The sportsbook is well above average in the market and comes as an excellent side piece to an already competent casino and bingo site. The trust is already there, through both history and licensing, and the parent group has proven to be one of the most successful iGaming companies in the world.
