Sportuna is an international bookmaker running on the Soft2Bet white-label platform, which puts it in the same category as a long list of interchangeable Soft2Bet brands. There’s no meaningful difference between Sportuna and any other book on the platform.

The strategy across Soft2Bet bookmakers is consistent. Target regulated markets without holding a local licence, then try to bridge the gap with heavy localisation. Wide payment method support, plenty of languages, and appealing games all serve the same underlying goal, running on the black market while looking like a legitimate local operator to new players.

Sportuna Doesn’t Even Hold A Legit Gaming License

The bookie previously held an Anjouan Gaming licence, which is a low-tier licence to begin with, but as of our latest check the licence appears to have been removed. Sportuna is not listed on the official Anjouan source of approved betting agencies, and there’s no other visible licence in its place.

Practically, this means there’s no meaningful regulator to escalate to if a withdrawal drags, a bonus dispute goes sideways, or you get locked out of your account. Which is a real problem for a book with the Trustpilot record covered below.

The Product

The strongest part of the offer is the casino. All the industry’s top slot providers are here, and the library is deep enough to compete with dedicated casino brands. The live casino is a different story. No Pragmatic Play Live or Evolution which is a significant miss given both are at the top for live dealer and game shows.

On the sportsbook side, odds in our tests were consistently below average. Prices on major markets were noticeably worse than what you’d get at any of the sharper bitcoin betting sites, which makes the sportsbook hard to recommend even for casual bettors.

Reputation follows the pattern: the Trustpilot rating sits around 1.5/5 with over 100 reviews, and the most common complaints centre around withdrawal times. We’re not surprised, pretty much what you’d expect from a white-label operating without local oversight.

Do We Recommend Sportuna?

No. Between the missing licence, poor odds, a live casino with none of the top providers, and a Trustpilot profile flooded with withdrawal complaints, Sportuna isn’t a good choice for any bettor.
