ClubBet is a new bookie in Australia as of July 2026, and they've come out with a pretty complete offering. You'll find markets on sports, horses, greyhounds, and harness racing. Racelab tech is integrated from the jump along with key features like Best Tote, Same Race Multis, Quaddies and Daily Doubles. iOS and Android apps are already live, and the brand's backed by a VGCCC license. All sounds good and dandy, but for those chasing new bookmakers, you won't find anything unique here - it's a classic BetMakers betting site. Time will tell if they're in it for the long haul.
ClubBet is a new bookie in Australia, opening its doors on 1 July 2026 under a VGCCC registration and a Racing Victoria Club Bookmakers’ Licence. It’s owned by ClubBet Pty Ltd (ABN 55 689 984 441) and runs on BetMakers software, the same engine behind GemBet, RiverBet and BallrBet. You get the full spread from day one: sports betting plus thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing, with the app live on both iOS and Android.

ClubBet ships with the standard BetMakers feature set: Same Game Multis, Same Race Multis, live streaming, speed maps, form guides and race insights. On the racing side you’ve got Fixed odds, Best Tote, Same Race Multis, Quaddies and Daily Doubles. It’s a solid spread for a launch day product, nothing missing that you’d expect from a new BetMakers book, but nothing that sets it apart either.
Good question, and one ClubBet doesn’t really answer. There’s nothing on the site or in the public record naming the people running the show, just ClubBet Pty Ltd on the VGCCC register. The terms also claim the book as a member of the Victorian Bookmakers’ Association, though that’s not something we could verify on the public VBA site, same situation GemBet found itself in before it turned up properly listed. Same story as half a dozen other 2026 launches: legit paperwork, zero personality behind it.
Worth flagging as it separates ClubBet from a lot of other new launches in 2026. The book only takes debit card deposits in AUD, no PayID, no Osko, no e-wallets. You also need to turn over your full deposit at least once before you can request a withdrawal, so a $100 top-up needs $100 in bets down before anything can come out. The turnover requirement is a standard term among most betting sites, but the selection of payment methods here is certainly more limited vs the competition.
Early app store reviews are mostly positive but thin on detail, plenty of “good app, high odds” one liners that don’t tell you much. The one review actually worth reading is from Alexander77628, who flagged that the brand’s odds are only average, its bonus payouts cover 2nd place when most rivals go to 3rd, and withdrawals only process once a day via standard EFT rather than the faster options other new books use. Early days, but it lines up with what you’d expect during early days from a BetMakers launch.

Nothing here is broken, and nothing here is exciting. ClubBet is VGCCC registered, has Same Race Multis and live streaming from the jump, and the racing coverage is complete. But it’s also running the exact same playbook as nearly every other new bookie on BetMakers tech, right down to the anonymous ownership. Debit card only deposits and once a day withdrawals put it a step behind some of its rivals rather than ahead.
If you like being early on new books, they’re fine for a small punt while it finds its feet. If you’d rather something with more runway, check out our list of Australian bookmakers first.
Decent promo at signup but prices aren't good enough to keep me here
Bookie isn't quick to do any withdrawals especially over the weekend.
Love this app good offers decent odds quick app. Give it a go
New site, awesome service. Good offers. Give them a go!
Very decent bookie offers fast withdrawals which most new bookies only do EFT has World Cup special offers and BOT
Very good new bookie with great offers. App is super quick
Great new bookie with cracking offers
Odds are average, only offer bonus back to 2nd whereas most other sites offer to 3rd atleast. Withdrawals are also inferior as they only process these once a day and it's via slow/standard EFT - most other companies process these into your account within an hour or two. Better options looking elsewhere on multiple fronts.
Absolutely recommend giving ClubBet a go, fantastic promos, good odds and a wonderful experience. No complaints.
Very smooth and easy app to access and navigate through. Ultra competitive odds and customer service been super helpful to deal with!
Downloading the app and set up was seamless. Apps lay out is very easy to navigate looks a good app. Only thing left to do is find a few winners.
